Bed Bug Exterminators, Control & Removal
Serving Georgia & Tennessee
Bed bugs are a common household pest that can be found not just in Georgia and Tennessee, but all over the world. They’ve existed for hundreds of years, and were almost completely extinct a few decades ago. However, the banning of dangerous chemical pesticides like DDT, as well as the rise of affordable international travel, helped bed bug populations rebound and stretch all over the globe.

What do bed bugs look like?
Bed bug eggs are a whitish color and only 1mm in size. Nymphs are cream colored and so small that they can fit through a fabric stitch. Due to their size, nymphs are very difficult—if not impossible—to detect with the human eye. Adult bed bugs are small but can be visible to the human eye. They have a flat, oval-shaped body and grow to be about ¼ of an inch. Adults are reddish-brown in color and are often described as looking like an apple seed with legs.

Bed Bug Treatments
Allgood’s bed bug treatment strategy focuses on exterminating bed bugs, not repelling them from one part of the house to another part, or from one hotel room to another. Our program allows for complete bed bug control; we utilize conventional application measures as well as bed bug heat treatments that eradicate bed bugs in the infested areas, not allowing them to escape.
What are the signs of bed bugs?
Because bed bugs are so small and only feed on humans while they sleep, it can be difficult to spot the presence of bed bugs before they become an issue. In addition to bites, some signs that bed bugs have infiltrated your home include:
- Finding small specks of blood on mattresses, box springs, and linens.
- Discovering tiny brown droppings on your mattress, box springs, linens, or flooring.
- Finding piles of exoskeletons is a sign of the nymphs growing into adults.
Are bed bug bites dangerous?
Bed bugs are not known to carry or transmit any diseases to humans. However, bed bug bites can lead to an infection if the area is broken open from scratching. Having bed bugs in a home can be frustrating for anyone. Bed bug infestations can lead to anxiety, stress, and loss of sleep.
How can Allgood help me get rid of bed bugs?
